Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During busy launches or sales, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail.
Estimated delivery times:

  • U.S. Orders: 2–5 business days after shipment
  • International Orders: 7–21 business days (varies by location)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery.
